A Happy Thanksgiving.

It has taken me awhile to post about my Thanksgiving, but better late than never. I kinda went camera crazy. I had about 130 pictures of food! Don't worry, I didn't post all of them. lolI started Thanksgiving day with a little picture taking. I don't know why. Anyway, this is the front of our house. This is the back. That's Sarah standing on the deck behind the rails. When I came in for a break, Mom was waiting and she gave me a job.Corn? For those of you who don't know, this is an example of my cooking.I don't think this is right...Okay, this is better.I mean, any idiot can cook corn, right?Wrong. This is harder than it looks. Not to mention that the directions on the back of the package are so tiny that you need a microscope to read them.Straining it.A glob of butter...And my job is done.Mom took care of the stuffing.
And the biscuits.

The turkey's done!
Who gave that nut a knife?!?
I'm making myself hungry again!

I had to stand on the counter in order to get everyone in the picture.
Time to put up the Christmas tree!
I love putting up the tree! As Eldarwen has pointed out, I am pretty tall. (5'9) But that does come in handy when it's time to put the tree top on.
Christy obviously thinks I'm insane. Maybe I am. But I got the top on!
They are already starting to demolish the tree. They wanted their pictures taken too.

This is a funny picture.

This was supposed to be mine and Sarah's picture, but Emily didn't want to be left out.

Putting on the ornaments. We have sooooo many ornaments!

This displeases me. In case you can't tell, those are the hooks we have to put on the ornaments.

That was a long post! Sorry it took me so long to get it out.

Hay Bales.

This is a sort of victory post. I have learned how to transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer! So, this is the post about my day. Or, the end of my day. We got four bales of hay yesterday, and we were really bored, so I got the camera and took pictures of us doing stupid stuff on the bales.Christy was doing a victory dance on top of the hay bale.

A close-up of Christy dancing.

Jumping back...

And forth.

And back again.

What a nice view. Actually, I think Mom was yelling at me.

It's actually rather difficult to jump up onto a hay bale.

I made it!

This is the view from the top of the bales. Those are our horses. Down below is our house, and that's the shed to the side of the picture.

I just had to put this picture in. I took it when I was jumping onto the bale Christy was on.

My Statue of Liberty pose. :)

Ha ha! After I took this picture, I went over and tickled her.

Then Oliver, Christy's cat, came. He's so affectionate, but he got in the way as we were jumping from bale to bale.

What a doll! The cat, I mean. lol

Christy captured him and held him prisoner. Poor kitty.

This didn't work as well as I had hoped. After Christy stopped laughing, she took a picture and pushed my foot off so I could get down.

I kept tripping over Christy's coat, and while I was lying there laughing, Oliver came over and used me for a bed.

Wow, I like being able to put pictures on the computer! Now I can bore you with mine and Christy's antics.
For some reason, it takes awhile to get down to the comment place, but please put yourself through the extra effort. :)

The Ensemble.

Well, here are the Ensemble pics I promised. Enjoy! I should have taken off the watch before Dad took this picture.
.

This is the V of pianos I described in one of my earlier posts. I'm not sure if I explained it very well, so I put this picture up
Here everyone was leaving the stage, except for the people who were in the next level, like me, so I stayed up on stage. The girl in the purple dress was my partner for this level, and I was going to her piano.

This is me and my level ten partner, Jaymes Carson. And that is how he spells it.

And last but not least, the teachers played Stars and Stripes Forever and Joy to the World! Both of the songs were awesome, but Stars and Stripes Forever was amazing. My teacher is the one in the black and red jacket at the front, Mrs. Joyce.

This is after the performance. There were two Christmas trees like this, but the Duggars were taking their family pictures over by the other one. That could take awhile. The Duggar kids are really nice. They always play in the Ensemble.
