It's My Birthday!

It's my birthday! Well, not yet, but in a few days, Thursday, to be exact. January 7th. I just wanted to tell you in case you were confused by the birthday banner, background, and playlist. LOL Actually, this is a big year for me. I'm turning sixteen, which strikes fear into my parents' hearts. It makes them hide their car keys and tremble in fear when I mention 'driving'. That word causes them to break out in hives and they prefer that I spell it. LOL Jk. I have looked forward to turning sixteen for so long, but now that it's here, I don't want to be that old. Part of me wants to stay a kid, and part looks forward to adulthood. It's a strange feeling. But I'm sure I will enjoy being sixteen and the benefits that come with it. Such as a sweet sixteen chocolate birthday cake! This isn't as big a year for me as when I turn eighteen, then I'll be able to vote! Look out Obama, I'm coming after you!
